Digital Product — No Refunds
Hassell Social is a digital product. Once you purchase and download the source code, it cannot be returned. For this reason, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
We strongly encourage you to explore the live demo at demo.hassellsocial.com before purchasing. The demo gives you full access to every feature so you can make an informed decision.
Exception: Materially Broken Product
If the product is materially broken and we are unable to fix it within 7 business days of your support request, we will issue a full refund. This applies only to core functionality that prevents you from using the platform, not to feature requests or customization needs.
